About
Elias Saric
Elias Saric, DPT has a simple training and rehab philosophy: “do for my clients only what I would do for myself.”
He has run a mile in under 5:00, deadlifted over 500 pounds, pulled firetrucks, climbed rock walls, and has been tapped out on the mats more times than he can remember.
The secret is no secret. It’s all about thoughtful training structure, learning good technique, contingency planning to train around injuries, and maximizing the body’s innate ability to recover.

Elias received his Bachelor's Degree from Lafayette College in Mathematics and Philosophy with a minor in the Classics. His Doctorate of Physical Therapy is from DeSales University. Outside of work and training he is a passionate student of philosophy, literature, and Italian.
